The following profile outlines the characteristics of investment opportunities we seek:
- Revenue of $3 million to $50 million
- Positive cash flow
- Unique products that have not been fully exploited
- Market leadership in a focused niche with significant growth prospects
- Revenue growth opportunities through new customer relationships, new distribution channels and/or expansion into new markets.
- Strong functional management with in-depth domain knowledge.

Axia Partners provides equity capital through a committed fund, Axia Capital Partners LP, and through a network of high net worth individuals who co-invest in Axia deals. Typical equity investments range from $1 million to $5 million. Axia seeks to leverage its equity investments with debt financing were appropiate.
If additional capital is required, Axia can syndicate a larger financing through relationships that we have developed with other private equity firms and debt financing resources.
