MicroTool acquired by Brooks-PRI.

Colorado Springs, CO., MicroTool, Inc (MicroTool) today announced that it had been acquired by Brooks-PRI Automation, Inc. (Brooks-PRI). MicroTool is the leading supplier of alignment and calibration tools for automated semiconductor equipment. Brooks-PRI is the leading provider of automation equipment and software to semiconductor capital equipment OEMS and manufacturing end users. Axia Partners was the exclusive financial advisor to MicroTool in this transaction.
