Axia Leads Later Stage Equity Financing for Innovative Microplate
Company will use funds to finance its explosive growth

Chicopee, Mass., Innovative Microplate, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has raised a later stage equity round of financing to provide for its working capital needs and fuel growth. The amount of equity financing which was led by Axia Capital Partners (Axia), a private equity firm, was not disclosed. In connection with the financing, Peter A. Hunter, a managing partner of Axia, has been appointed as CEO to assist in managing the Company’s growth.
