Ayer, Mass., MMS LLC (MMS), is pleased to announce a license arrangement of its minimally invasive microwave technology to Contract Medical International (CMI) GmbH of Dresden, Germany. The license arrangement provides CMI with the patented technology designed to treat cardiovascular disorders. Axia Advisors acted as the exclusive financial advisor to MMS.
